Driver Referral

Unlimited Driver Referral Bonuses
You can receive $500 for every driver you refer after his or her first load is delivered!

How to get the referral:

  • Send a Qualcomm message 55 or call your recruiter. You will need to provide the driver’s name and phone number.
  • Give the potential driver one of your recruiter’s business cards or one of the bright green recruiting cards and ask potential drivers to call us.  Make sure to have them mention your name as the referrer.


Owner Operator/Lease Purchase

  • Annual bonuses of up to $5,000 are awarded for safety and miles driven
  • Lease Purchase drivers receive $1,000 Minimum Weekly Pay Guarantee, $1,000 Sign On Bonus and $1,000 Quarterly High Roller Bonus*
  • Free Primary Healthcare located in Morton, IL and Decatur, IL

Current Campaigns

Clean Inspections
Each driver receiving a clean inspection will receive $100 for the first occurrence in one quarter. Each additional clean inspection for the same quarter will be paid at $200.

High Roller Bonus Program
Earn up to $5,000 in bonuses simply by driving safely and meeting mileage requirements!  Each quarter a driver is rewarded based on the tiered schedule below with bonuses ranging from $250 to $1,000 per quarter.  When a contractor completes 4 quarters of 33,001 miles he or she will receive an additional $1,000. The 4 quarters of 33,001 miles do not have to be consecutive.

This program is intended to reward hardworking, safe drivers while raising awareness for CSA regulations.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Eligibility begins after receiving all disbursements of a sign-on bonus (if applicable).
  • Any Risinger compensation, bonus, and safety campaigns are subject to eligibility and CSA requirements.
  • The contractor must complete any required training materials.
  • The contractor must be qualified and actively driving for Risinger on the day the bonus is paid.
  • If a contractor is disqualified or terminated prior to the payout of the bonus, he or she does not accrue any bonus for that period.
  • Up to 1/2 of the total dollar payout will be applied to any existing debt owed to Risinger.

Disqualifications  (effective for QTR1 2019 Bonus Program)

  • Any points received in FITNESS category
  • 1-15 points in Hours of Service or Unsafe or in combination: 1/2 bonus
  • Above 15 points in Hours of Service or Unsafe or in combination: No bonus
  • 1-45 points as long as no more than 15 points in Hours of Service or Unsafe or in combination: 1/2 bonus
  • Over 45 points in any combination: No bonus
  • 4 or more log violations (fuel/scale, QC falsifications, etc.) in 2/3 months: No bonus
  • ELog falsifications or Egregious violations: No bonus

 The 1st Quarter 2019 Risinger Higher Roller Bonus program will run from  December 23, 2018 through March 23, 2019 and is scheduled to payout on settlement date  Apil 4, 2019.
